The weekend kicks off Friday evening with intention setting and group meditation. Saturday morning you will rise before dawn and meditate on the beach as the sun rises. There will be a break for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and classes will be staggered throughout the day. Saturday will conclude with sunset meditation on the beach and a group activity. The weekend will conclude Sunday morning with a special ceremony and check out is at noon.
